Zushi Date

 

This weekend my boy and i celebrated our 4 year anniversary (crazy!) Since we are going away in 2weeks we decided to not give any presents and just head out for a nice dinner date. Last minute we decided to go to Zushi on Crown st and my goodness what a great choice that was! We absolutely loved everything that we ordered.

What we got:

Edamame

Special of the night: Scampi cooked with cream and butter

Tiger roll

Ocean roll

Terriyake salmon with brown rice

Wagyu carpacio with garlic chips

2 jugs of Sake sangria (yes 2 delicious jugs!)

Green tea pancakes with dark chocolate sauce, caramalised nuts and ice cream

It was all amazingly good and cannot recommend it enough.

Hairspiration

I love the shades of these ombre looks on Lily Aldridge and Jessica Biel. The Dark brown fading into the honey tips looks amazing. I got balayage done last year and got a strong itch to do it again this week!

Top knot

I'm sure i am not the only ecstatic one who loves that the top knot is working it's way into fashion. One of the easiest and quickest hairstyles to master, you can now turn every "bad hair day" into an "amazing top knot day"!

Sparkles

Last weekend i went to a cupcake baking class at Sparkles Cupcakes in Surry Hills. We had a load of fun decorating (and eating) the cakes. We were shown how to make the batter from scratch, then had a break and indulged on some sandwiches and glittered macroons! After our break we were shown some decorating techniques and as the 2nd last image shows, this is what i came up with. After the class i went to Bondi pizza for lunch and had the most amazing beef salad, i get cravings for it every day

I fell in love with this top the moment i laid my eyes on it. Sass and Bide are masters at creating artistic and beautifully enchanting pieces. Unfortunately i think i will have to sell this as it is still in my wardrobe and i am yet to wear it. I think it is time to find a new home and an owner who will get some wear out of it. Birthday Suit

Last weekend i celebrated my birthday (still can't believe i am 23!) I was spoilt and taken out shopping all day, an amazing mexican lunch at el loco where i indulged on Taco's and Tequila, 2 of my favourite things. Then i was taken out for desssert, cocktails, dinner and more cocktails. I had a great weekend with great friends and my lovely family. 

Had no idea what i was going to wear and pulled this outfit together at the last minute.
